Please Help me

Hello caeser,
i am a 19 yr old from australia and i am wandering if you can please give me some advice how to stop my pitbull cross from walking me i have tryed all different things like changing his leads but it doesnt seeem to work and i have recently just bought a chest harness and he seems to be stronger.
Please help me thank you
